Description

For about two months, the construction has restricted resident access to the parking lot. The current traffic control plan frequently leaves residents unable to enter or leave because both the primary and alternate routes become blocked. Multiple reports have been marked resolved despite no meaningful change. Resident access continues to be treated as an afterthought.
