Description
The road is crumbling with big ditches that have been formed since the ice storm in January. The north side of Sims Avenue in Woodland Heights had several roads repaired that were in better condition than this yet this one still has not been repaired and multiple tickets have been closed. Traffic from the construction site down the hill continues to use this road and the road is just gonna continue to deteriorate.
