Description

This River Birch was adopted from Richmond Tree Stewards and planted by the city of Richmond in 2018. It should have never been planted in this location. This tree is growing directly up through the power, cable and telephony lines at a rapid pace. Dominion "pruned" it last week and all but killed it. Its integrity has been compromised and it needs to be removed. It should have never been pruned in this fashion. Tree needs to be taken down.
