Description
I have cleaned up their trash three times in June they throw over their balcony that ends up on the side of my home on 26th St. it is disgusting and I filed a complaint on June 5th by calling 311. This trash was all picked up by me on Sunday June 21st. They need to be fined or put in jail and their deck is a gross eyesore as well. Please contact the folks here and make them stop illegally dumping garbage over their balcony.
