Description
This isnt a right-of-way obstruction, and Im not sure if it’s related to the WISP. However, someone left zip ties from a sign around one of the street trees (which I cut off—if left on the zip ties will eventually strangle the tree). They also screwed multiple screws into multiple street trees at this address. Please follow up with the permit holder of the WISP and tell them that 1) putting screws in trees is not allowed anywere in the city and 2) someone needs to remove the screws.
