Description

There are large, overgrown bushes growing into the alley and preventing free passage of vehicles in the alley. My vehicle gets scraped and has to maneuver through this vegetation. This is present in multiple places in the alley behind the 4600 block of Bromley (alley between Bromley and W Franklin).
