Description
Our apartment fixed the lock on our trash can for our apartment residents. Those who had been using our dump, who were not supposed to have access, are now dumping outside our trash can. Our apartment does have a camera outside it, but I do not think it is pointed in a way that would catch those dumping. The trash is attracting house flies, and I know we have wild rabbits in our neighborhood. This is an ongoing issue with this apartment, and they have made efforts to control it; however, people keep dumping in the alleyway.
