Description
Multiple times i have walked to the end of E Grace St at the overlook and observed that the trash can there is significantly overflowing and trash is all around. It appears to be a popular spot for picnics or hanging out which means maybe an additional trash can there or more frequesnt pick up? People are trying - they WANT to put the trash where it belongs ( tho cant be troubled to take it home or to an emptier trash can but you know people) but its more trash than the one can can hold.
