Description
Large, heavy piece of construction debris illegally dumped on the curb/grass line next to the trash bins. It is a massive, shattered sheet of thick, hard plastic (looks like a 6-foot construction barrier panel or commercial window) with heavy black rubber weatherstripping tape attached. It is completely broken into sharp shards and is a safety hazard for pedestrians and parked cars. It is too large for regular residential trash pickup and requires a bulk waste crew to haul away.
