Description
Multiple trees were planted in late 2025 on the 2800 and 2900 block of Garland Ave. Neighbors were not informed who planted the trees, what type of trees were planted, general tree care tips for establishing saplings, who is responsible for watering and caring for the trees, and general information about the benefits of trees for neighborhood health. Trees did not have diapers or gators. As a result, property owners did not water trees during droughts and a majority of the trees have died.
