Description
During trash pickup on Monday 6/15, our trash can lost a wheel. The wheel was present prior to collection, but when i got back from work the wheel was gone. I was hoping that the damaged recepticle could be removed and replaced with a new one for free since the wheel seems to have been lost during collection.
