Description
2918 Montrose Ave is being renovated. They have placed a dumpster in the alley behind the home. (between Montrose and Moss Side Ave). The dumpster partially blocks the exit onto Brookland Park Blvd and there is also debris in the alley around the dumpster, which includes nails, screws, broken glass and various pieces of wood trim. This hazardous situation was been occurring for the past month.
