Description

Citizen states a large tree fell in the alley and is blocking the alley way and cut off power for several blocks. Caller also states DE is wailing on Urban Forestry. The tree is blocking the right and requesting assistance in removing from tree for clearance. Caller was advised the COR is not responsible moving any trees in the alley. Also provided caller phone # to Urban Forestry
