super cans caller has done multiple tickets for 4 total super cans and they keep advising her to complete a business form which she stated has been completed several times, caller also stated when she order the 4th can and when it's delivered they take away 1 which leaves her back to 2 ad calling 311again for another 4th super can, Can someone please give the Business owner a call to prevent the miscommunication? previous ticket DPW000235820 & DPW000235820
