Call was transferred with an interpreter on the line... Caller doesn't understand why their supercan isn't being picked up there's only house garbage in the supercan. He states his neighbor's trash was emptied today but his wasn't. Caller took his garbage to the landfill his self....Caller has a supercan with a blue lid he states he not to long moved there (CVWMA). Caller is requesting a supercan for his address.
