Description
I believe many tenants in the surrounding apartments have recently been moving out and leaving behind trash and unwanted furniture. As a result, there has been a significant increase in homeless individuals sleeping on these discarded items and rummaging through the trash bins, often creating noise disturbances. This has also contributed to an unsightly appearance in the alley where my apartment is located, negatively affecting the overall environment of the area.
