Description

Large limb broke off of red bud tree on E. Leigh St side of 600 N. 23rd Street. Tree branches caused scratches to my vehicle. It is now blocking the side walk and a parking space. There are utility lines above the tree, and below the tree is a waste water utility pipe. There may be a gas line below the tree as well.
