Description
The paving company used by Lucky 13 Tattoo Parlor to pave the parking lot at their 2315 W Broad Street location dumped their leftover tar onto the paving stones in the alley behind the 2300 block of W Grace. It is my understanding that dumping tar is prohibited by the City and the neighborhood would like it addressed and cleaned up. We are concerned about improper water drainage and the fact that the company felt they could just toss their leftover tar in our alley. Thank you.
