Description
The alley behind my building (111 E Broad) is constantly used for dumping. The sole entry/exit door for an alley facing apartment is covered with trash, as well as the rear egress door for the commercial space. The dumpers are people living next door (115 E Broad) and across the alley 105? Grace St. I need the trash removed.
