Description
I appreciate the sidewalk replacement by City of Richmond. However, I noted repairs started over a month ago in 5000 block of Grove Ave and still not finished. Now, replacment has started in my block of 4912 Grove Ave and I am concerned about how long process of replacement is going to take. Days, weeks, or months? In addition, the concrete destruction process has dislodged one of my brick colums at sidewalk and along neighbors walls. I would like to request repair of brick damage as well.
