Description

Entire alley in bad shape, bunch of gravel thrown over the asphalt towards edwards ave that is pitted and potholed all to hell, pitted and damaged asphalt closer to dinwiddie, water leaking constantly which has been reported before and no investigation, trash trucks running past property lines and through the grass to avoid potholes, weeds growing through the asphalt...just needs to be fixed all around.
