Description

(DPW000234092). The response to that request was as follows Appears to be a private property Concern. Property backs up to CSX Railroad tracks. No violation observed from the street." I have since discussed this with a representative from CSX. They provided me with a property line rendition and a photo is attached. Is there anyone within the city who can identify who owns the property where the vegetation is encroaching on my property and causing damage to my fence? CSX says they do not.
