Description
Thanks to the tree stewards and city workers who trimmed city trees on Avondale yesterday. They cut off part of the hanging limb that is broken in front of 1425 (and will be the third to fall in recent weeks). But the limb is still broken and hanging, and a second seems to be also broken and hanging. Circled in image below. Please help. Really don't want to get hit on the head with this thing! If you close the request without cutting the limbs, could you please comment why?
