CITIZEN HAS 2 GREEN TRASH CANS AND 2 BROWN CANS AND 1 GREEN IS FLIPPED OVER DUE TO NEEDING TO BE RETURNED FOR BROWN CAN DUE TO NEW BROWN CAN BEING TAKEN OVER THE WEEKEND VIA THE CITY THAT WAS JUST ORDERED BROWN CAN WHICH HE ORDERED ON 6/5/26 BUT SOMEONE CAME AROUND AND TOOK NEW CAN BACK AND CLOSED PREVIOUS TICKET STATING ALL CAN ASSIGNED THERE AND NEED CAN REDELVIERED PREVIOUS TICKET DPW000237215 HE WANTS TO HAVE 3 BROWN CAN AND 1 GREEN CAN
