Description
The Davenport Parking Garage provides parking for a good number of employees that work within the Truist Office Building. For months, there has been a 90 cubic yard dumpster along with 2 smaller dumpsters that have been staged in this alley. These dumpsters do NOT facilitate easy access into the Parking Garage. Also, it limits ingress and egress through the alley due to the staging of these dumpsters. Right of Way indicates that these dumpsters are not even permitted, yet they continue to stage these dumpsters within the alley. In addition to the dumpsters being staged within the alley, they are constantly overflowing with trash/garbage on a daily basis making it necessary for vehicles to run over this trash.
