Description
402 N Belmont sits beside an alley. Excessive rutting and divots in alley due to insufficient gravel causing pooling and water after rain. Actions requested: alley surveillance after rain event; 2) Even out and plug holes w. gravel to prevent large pools of water and cars driving, splashing and making dense area more difficult and unsafe to travel on foot or bike.
