Description
The problems with the road have been reported numerous times over many years (decades). It is never addressed and the street continues to fall apart and deteriorate. It is very dangerous to pedestrians and cars alike. A previous report was filed here and "assigned" in January according to RVA 311 but nothing has happened/no follow-up.
