Comments
- Staff · June 8, 2026The Department of Public Works has completed an initial field inspection of the location and documented the existing conditions. At this time, we have requested an additional review to verify the public right-of-way limits and determine whether the fence is located entirely on private property or within the public right-of-way. Once that review is complete, DPW will evaluate the findings and determine whether any further action is warranted. We appreciate your patience while this review is underway.
