Description
When turning left from Sharon Court onto Roanoke, the line of sight to oncoming traffic is obstructed by overgrown vegetation. Because Roanoke has a slight incline, approaching vehicles appear suddenly, leaving drivers with insufficient time to complete the left turn safely.
