Description

The yellow brick section at end of the alley continues to sink below the level of the alley and the asphalt of the street. This causes a pothole effect for drivers as they exit the alley and also, after we have a lot of precipitation, a huge puddle forms that is messy, unsightly and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes during warm weather. I have noticed not all the yellow brick sections in the Fan are like this. Some even appear to have been repaired. Can this one please be repaired? Thank you.
