Description
This overgrown weeds and grass are at the back of the property on the left fence line. Every year it’s the same thing. Weeds that will grown into trees, if my neighbor n doesn’t want maintain his property neither do I he cut the front and part of the back this is a safety and health hazard I can’t even enjoy my backyard in the summer the mosquitoes all day and at night the possums. I don’t understand how code enforcement classifies a property as complete just because the front is cut
