Description
I usually pile up branches in this location for bulk pickup. Someone else came along and dumped tires and pieces of a porch railing. I dont think you guys usually pick that stuff up in the normal bulk pickups so i am requesting a special pickup for the illegal dumping of those other materials. in the alleyy behind 516 S. Pine Street
