Description
The trees in the alley block all of the street lights and are weighing on the power lines all the way down the alley. Its a toght squeeze to be able to access the alley via car and so much is overgrown and preventing access to parking and driving. The alley lights being pbstructed plus the overgrowthis not an imminent danger but it is certaintly not making the space any safer. Alley behind the 1200 block of N 19 and N 20
