Description
There are 5 homeless people living on the streets of Carytown that I have seen recently. Again, homelessness is not a crime. Public urination, defecation, and littering are all crimes. These are all happening on a daily basis in Carytown. We do not have enough resources and police presence to keep one of the main business hubs of the city approachable to locals and tourists alike. Our neighborhood is degrading on a weekly basis. I clean up litter on a daily basis on my street and beyond.
