Description
The medians (curbing) and sidewalks and curbing have not been cleaned in YEARS and have built up dirt, trash and cig butts and road sand/salt that giant weeds and small trees are now growing from Target to Huguenot HS, the drainage system has trees growing out of it. It looks terrible and all of this trash is most likely draining into the river. Why does this not get cleaned up at least once/year? Put the same ticket in for two years now. Why the city not use a street sweeper on Forest Hill??
