Description

there were potholes in the road and the city came and slapped asphalt on the potholes but now there is raised asphalt that was not smoothed down even with the road that now is almost as bad as the potholes they filled. Someone should have taken more time instead of just slapping it down...use someone who knows what they are doing. The city's atrocious roads continue.
