Description
Continuous trash/debris/furniture behind District Square Apartments. It was cleaned up during "Community Clean up" yesterday and was a mess 3 hours later after the dumpster was gone through by homeless. Isnt there supposed to be and enclosure or locking lid? This has been a continuous mess for years. Please see previous images submitted over the years.
