Description
Many people (lots of University of Richmond students, as well) speed down Ripley Avenue, under the (false) impression its a shortcut through the neighborhood to bypass part of Three Chopt Rd, to access Patterson/Monument, or frequently the school there on the corner. This happens on Honaker Avenue as well, directly parallel to Riply. Lots of walkers in the neighborhood going to worship, would be nice if we could slow down people on those roads as there's an elevation variance, too
