Description

The property at 2417 Bell Rd. Richmond VA 23224 has a massive overgrowth of grass, weeds, trees, bushes in the back yard. The overgrowth is taller than the fence. The overgrowth may create safety concerns, attract pest. I have seem several deer and possums go in and out the yard especially at night. This is a safety concern.
