Description
Stated that the tree is unhealthy He stated that he has a independant arborist look at it and they advised that it is deseased. Is requesting for is to be cut down. If not then at least to be trimmed since the tree is unhealthy and is hanging branches directly over his home that could fall at hit his home at any point.
