Description
Cars are traveling at unsafe speeds through the alleys, creating a risk of collisions for drivers entering and exiting. The increased traffic has also led to congestion, especially when vehicles are parked in the alley. Many residents must use these alleys to access their homes and parking lots because of the street closure.
