Description
The owners of 4601 Kensington Ave, RIC 23226 have neglected to trim their large tree that is alongide Westmoreland Ave. The large overgrown tree is obstructing the view of drivers turning onto Westmoreland Avenue which is very dangerous. In addition, the tree blocks drivers from being able to see children/pedestrians walking on the sidewalk before they turn--this is VERY Dangerous and poses the risk that people could be hit by a car.
