Description
The left turn light is not oriented correctly. When you are on Leigh st turning left onto mosby, only the left most light is clearly visible. The traffic light for the left turn (not the most left) is hanging at a weird angle that makes it difficult to even see the left turn arrow. The light needs to be fixed so that you can see it properly.
