Description
If 14th and 15th St are going to be closed, repair the alley. There's no reliable way for people to get to and from their homes. People are being forced to go down alleys, potentially damaging their cars. The alleys are filled with pot holes and trash. The alleys are no meant for two way traffic. The alleys are sometimes blocked and can't get through at all.
