Description
Tree branches/vines and old fencing are encroaching on alleyway access between the 500 blocks of N.26th and N. 27th Streets. There is active replacing of fencing, but the old fencing and vegetation have not been removed from the alleyway. This is affecting alleyway access for other residents as well as trash/recycling pickup.
