Description
Although trucks are prohibited from driving on Overbrook Rd, trucks are spotted regularly using Overbrook as the cross between Chamberlayne and North. Children are walking and bicycling to the park, elderly people have to cross the road to get to their cars. Why is a blind eye being turned to the trucks on Overbrook? It doesnt make sense especially since Brookland Park Blvd is just a couple blocks up from Overbrook
