Description

Plumbers ripped up the brick to fix a leak in the water main. The bricks are gone now, and there's a sunken area in the sidewalk. I made a similar request recently that was closed by the field engineer, and I was instructed to "route this request through DPU". There is no option to do so on 311. We need this issue fixed.
