Description
Regarding Closed Request ID DPW000236125, when and how was your data collected that states the average speed on Stony Point Parkway is 26-28 mph? I was just at our community board meeting and quoted this speed and it was met with disbelief by everyone. People go MUCH faster than 26-28mph all the time, every day. How did you determine this average speed? Will you kindly consider a new speed data collection effort again?
