Description
This elm tree is diseased and continues to drop extremely large limbs that have caused extensive property damage. Fortunately, the falling limbs have not yet caused death or bodily injury, but I continue to believe that the City of Richmond is negligent in not removing this hazard. I, along with many others, have reported this tree as a hazard several other times when large limbs have fallen. the most recent limb to fall constituted about 1/4 to 1/3 of the tree size.
