Description
Summer is coming and carter jones park and playground is getting busier with children; vehicles traveling through west 29th Street routinely travel in excess of 40-60mph down this street- it is in desperate need of “traffic calming” measures from speed bumps, speed tables, boulders in the middle of the road, or something to slow the velocity of the delinquent drivers. Kids (and adults!) lives are at stake.
